Description

In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy Section 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis for the FAA's decision to contract on a single source basis with Accenture Federal Services LLC out of Arlington, VA.

The FAA has a requirement for necessary support to migrate their current Flight Standards Learning Portal and Portal applications to the Department of Transportation’s (DOT) shared web services content management platform. Utilizing Accenture Federal Services Web Agility 2 BPA 693JK418A600002 will provide the FAA with consistency and standardization and will ensure FAA coordination with DOT’s IT Shared Services on all infrastructure changes. Additionally, the FAA will continue to align with all of the DOT Operating Administrations and support consistent focus on operations and maintenance of all DOT web environments. Accordingly, a competitive solicitation is not available for this procurement.

The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA is not liable for any costs associated with the preparing of a response to this announcement. If you have any questions, these may be submitted to the Primary POC, Frances Marigliano (Frances.Marigliano@faa.gov), by no later than 5 PM (EST) on March 4th, 2025.
