Project Description: The Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority (“LNAA”) is soliciting responses from service providers that meet the qualifications set forth herein to submit proposals to provide inspection and on-call services for underground and above ground fuel systems located at the Lehigh Valley International Airport, Queen City Airport, and Braden Airpark. All documents and solicitation details are available at no cost at www.PennBid.net.
NON-MANDATORY SITE INSPECTIONS may be requested by contacting Rod Smith, Procurement Agent, via email at rsmith@flyabe.com. The final day to conduct a site inspection is Thursday October 17, 2024.
Questions regarding this RFQP must be submitted by 12:00 p.m., Friday, October 18, 2024, via www.PennBid.net. The Authority will respond to questions via in a timely manner. Qualifications and Proposals MUST be submitted on or before 4:00 p.m., Thursday, October 24, 2024 via www.PennBid.net. The Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any and all qualifications and proposals, re-advertise or award the contract in a manner determined solely by the Authority to be in its best interest. All qualifications and proposals shall remain valid for one hundred twenty (120) days.
Sealed qualifications and proposals will be opened publicly, without virtual option, at the Lehigh- Northampton Airport Authority Boardroom located 2nd Floor, Main Terminal, 3311 Airport Rd Allentown, PA 18109 at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, October 24, 2024.

The Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority, (in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1974, 7B Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000D to 2000D-4 and Title 49, Code of the Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, Nondiscrimination in Federal assisted program for the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act) notifies all firms that it will affirmatively insure that Disadvantaged Business Enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit quotes in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex or national origin in consideration for an award.
