The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The purpose of this requirement is to provide a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to the Administrative Office of the US Courts (AOUSC) and the Federal Judiciary. The AOUSC requests a new BPA to continue procuring Cisco products and service solutions including network switches, networking software, wireless services, server’s products, security products, access to a range of online self-help resources, accessories, maintenance, and data center products solutions for continued operations, and the associated technical and implementation support. Please view Attachment J.2 - BPA Cisco Services Statement of Work (SOW) for more detail information.
The period of performance of this BPA shall be five (5) years in length and shall consist of five (5) ordering periods, each 12 months in length. The contract type for BPA Calls (or "call orders") issued under this BPA will be firm-fixed price (FFP). Offerors are encouraged to carefully read the entire solicitation, including Section L - Instructions, Conditions and Notices to Offerors or Respondents.
The proposal shall include the following two volumes:
• Volume I: Price Proposal using the format in Attachment J.1 - Pricing Schedule Workbook BPA Cisco; and
• Volume II: Technical Proposal.
Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted by the deadline and in accordance with the requirements in Section L.1.2 using the format in Attachment J.3 - Question Submission Template. Proposals must be submitted by the deadline and in accordance with the requirements in Section L.1.2.
The Government intends to award a single BPA to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and represents the technically acceptable proposal with the lowest evaluated price (LPTA). Proposals that are incomplete or do not comply with the requirements outlined in Section C - Statement of Work (Attachment J.2), Section L – Instructions/Conditions/ Notices to Offerors and other requirements of this solicitation, may be deemed non-responsive and excluded from further consideration.
