Notice of Consolidation:

THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR OFFERS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE.

This a notice of intent only. No offers are being requested or accepted with this notice.

In accordance with FAR 7.107-5(c) Notification to the Public of Consolidation of Contract Requirements, this announcement is to provide notification that Defense Logistics Agency Land-Warren has determined that the consolidation of two requirements for pneumatic wheel assemblies previously acquired on separate contracts is necessary and justified. This consolidation meets the requirements of FAR 1.107 and the benefits of the consolidated acquisition substantially exceed the use of an alternative acquisition method. The redacted Consolidation Determination memorandum detailing the rationale for the Government's determination will be posted as an attachment to the solicitation once published to SAM.gov.
