PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM AND SERVICE ORDERS FOR HEATING VENTILATION AIR CONDITIONING (HVAC) SYSTEMS, AND REFRIGERANT SYSTEMS, AND ICEMAKER SYSTEMS

The proposed requirement will provide Preventive Maintenance and Inspection Services (PMI) with the

following requirements:

1. Recurring Work: The Contractor shall maintain, repair, and alter HVAC systems and Icemaker systems

to ensure they are fully functional and in normal working condition.

a) Service Orders: The Contractor shall perform service order work in a timely manner and ensure the

HVAC systems and Icemaker systems are restored to a safe, normal working condition and function

properly.

b) Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program: The Contractor shall develop and implement a PM program

for HVAC systems and Icemaker systems to ensure proper operation, to minimize breakdowns, and to

maximize useful life.

2. Non-Recurring Work: Non-recurring work may be ordered utilizing a Task Order for specified ELINs

for task listings, descriptions and related requirements
