Description

The Federal Aviation Administration has a requirement to replace existing motorized vehicle gate & gate operator at HPN ATCT in White Plains, NY.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking competent and qualified small business Roofing Contractors interested in providing offers for the work described below

General Statement of Work:



HPN ATCT: Provide all labor, materials, supervision and transportation to replace existing motorized vehicle gate & gate operator at HPN Air Traffic Control Tower in White Plains, NY, in accordance with the specifications and drawings that will be included with solicitation.

1. Contract performance time is 7 calendar days after issuance of the Notice-to-Proceed

2. This procurement is a Small Business Set Aside

3. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238210 – Electrical Contractors

4. The Small Business Size Standard is $19 Million

5. The rough order of magnitude for this proposed construction project is less than $50k.

6. Site Visits are not mandatory, but may be requested. Information will be specified in the Request for Proposal.

The Request for Proposal Package is expected to be available late March 2025. Contractors must submit their request for this package no later than 5:00 pm (CST) by March 7, 2025.
