REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL : Short-Term Rental Registration, Compliance & Occupancy Tax Software

The County of Westchester, NY (the “County”) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Short-Term Rental (“STR”) Identification, Registration, and Tax Collection software that supports compliance with New York State STR legislation, including, without limitation, Chapter 99 of the Laws of 2025 of the State of New York (“Chapter 99”). The desired software will facilitate effective identification of short-term rental properties and communication with
property owners & managers, provide a system for registration, tracking, tax filing, and tax collection, and allow for integration & data sharing with local municipalities & rental booking platforms as described in NYS law.
