Description:
|
|
Contractor (minimum 2 years’ experience working as principal contractor for electric utility) shall remove vegetation encroaching power lines at a distance specified in Tree Trimming Specifications for 65 miles of distribution line and 15 miles of transmission line. A C-61/D-49 license is required, and Contractor must have Certified Arborist on staff. Smaller limbs and branches will be chipped, while larger wood will be hauled, with both being dumped on City owned property in the City of Shasta Lake. Bid is for 1 year, with Council option to extend bid up to 4 more years if both parties agree each year.
