BID ADVERTISEMENT – RENOVATIONS TO DALTON CITY HALL WINDOWS

CITY OF DALTON GEORGIA

The City of Dalton is seeking competitive Proposals from qualified and professional contractors for a construction of:

Renovations to Dalton City Hall Windows, located at 300 W. Waugh Street, Dalton, GA 30720 (the "Project")

In general, the project includes removal and replacement of the first-floor windows, trim & millwork for the Dalton City Hall. The project also includes all other materials & labor required for a complete installation. The requirements for construction of the Project, and the duties and responsibilities of the contractor whose Proposal is accepted (“Successful Contractor”), are set forth in the Contract Documents which include the Instructions to Proposers; the Contract for Construction and Incorporated General Conditions (the “Contract”); any supplementary and other conditions; the drawings; the specifications; and any addenda issued by the Architect.  Sealed proposals will be received by City of Dalton Finance Department located at 300 W. Waugh Street, Dalton, Georgia 30720 until March 31, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. All proposals must be sealed and plainly marked “Renovations to Dalton City Hall Windows”.  Any Contractor who intends to submit a Proposal is required to attend a Pre-Proposal Meeting, which will be held on the 17 ^th day of March 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the project site.
