Scope of Services
SHORE VIEW DRIVE GRAVITY SEWER EXTENSION (ZONE O)

The project consists of the extension of an existing gravity sewer main located on Shore View Drive in Brevard County, Florida including the removal of asphalt pavement, the installation of 172 linear feet of 8” PVC gravity sewer line with concrete encasement, Two (2) sanitary sewer manholes, and two (2) 6” PVC sewer laterals, reconstruction and asphalt overlay for the disturbed roadway, site restoration, maintenance of traffic, repair of disturbed concrete driveway; and all other incidentals necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents. Refer to Attachment B to this Bid for the Technical Specification and Contract Documents for Shore View Drive Gravity Sewer Extension (Zone O).

N. RIVERSIDE DRIVE SEPTIC TO SEWER (ZONE P)

The project consists of a conversion from existing septic systems to gravity sewer along N. Riverside Drive, Rose Marie Lane, and Alamanda Court in Indialantic, FL consisting of eight (8) manholes, approximately 1,477 lineal feet of 8” PVC gravity sewer, (11) sewer service, site restoration and all other incidentals, including demolition, necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents. Refer to Attachment C to this Bid for the Technical Specifications and Contract Documents for N. Riverside Drive Septic to Sewer (Zone P).
