RFP - CMAR for the DSC Project (Building J & Site Improvements)

Project Description: The Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) extends this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit Proposals from qualified respondents to act as Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) and provide preconstruction and construction services for the Dalchau Service Center project. This project will include construction of an approximate 35,000 SQFT low rise office building, new storage and laydown yards, upgrades to outdoor maintenance areas with storm water and run off controls, and potential modifications to site traffic flow.
Pre-Proposal Meeting is on Wednesday, October 30th, 2024 at 10:00 am CT.
The pre-proposal meeting is not mandatory; but strongly encouraged. This will be a call-in meeting hosted through Microsoft Teams. Offerors interested in attending this meeting must RSVP by contacting Brandon Drayden via 'Vendor Discussions' in Bonfire to update call-in information. Please include name and title of attendee(s) with your RSVP.
