Project Description: Double Chip Seal Road Improvement Project
The Chester County Solid Waste Authority is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Double Chip Seal Road Improvement Project. This contract includes subgrade preparation, installation of a 6-inch compacted 2A aggregate subbase, application of HFRS-2 high-float emulsified asphalt, and two layers of chip seal with No. 67 and No. 8 coarse aggregate.
