The U.S. Geological Survey intends to solicit and award a sole-source firm-fixed-price purchase order to Biomark, Inc. for preloaded 12mm Passive Integrated Transponder (PIT) tags. Due to the required August 31, 2026, base delivery date, optional quantity delivery dates in September 2026, and known manufacturer lead time, the Government is establishing an abbreviated capability statement response period.
