RFQ Amendment#001- To maintain the integrity of this request for quotes and subsequent award, all quoters/vendors are advised that any request for questions/carifications must be submitted in written form via e-mail to the Contracting Officer (CO) Mark F Brown (email: mark.f.brown@gsa.gov) no later than Tuesday, October 21, 2025, at 12:00 PM EST. The CO will publish a consolidated list of all questions and responses via RFQ amendment posted in SAM.gov.
The closing date of this RFQ is hereby amended to Wednesday October 29,2025. Prior to submitting a quote, all quoters shall review this RFQ and all amendments in its entirety to fully understand the nature of the work and the conditions under which the work is to be performed. In no case, shall failure to inspect the solicitation and its accompanying attachments constitute grounds for a claim after delivery order award. If an interested party takes exception to any specifications listed within the Purchase Descriptions, they must submit their questions or objections on “Attachment 3 – Technical Exceptions Worksheet” and submit that information with their quote.
Original RFQ- This is an assisted acquisition with GSA as the Servicing Agency on behalf of the Requesting Agency, Department of the Navy. This request for quote (RFQ) is for fifty-seven (57) each Lowbed Trailers, 60 Ton capacity noted in “Attachment 2 - Technical_Specifications_Trailer_Lowbed_60Ton”.
