Invitation to Bid
The intent of this Adjusted Price bid call is to solicit and receive formal offers to perform the following Work:
.1 Interior renovations to Edmonton Law Courts 5th Floor to provide barrier free accessibility and washrooms as outlined on the Drawings.
.2 Renovations of washrooms to be Barrier free and installation of stair lifts in Courtroom 513, 512 and 514.
.3 Installation of additional automatic door openers in several locations.
.4 Modifications to Dais to accommodate wheelchair access.
A “value based selection” process will be employed for this procurement. This means that the successful Bidder will be the one whose Response offers best value, taking into consideration qualifications, price and past performance. Refer to Section 00 21 13-B Response Evaluation Form for additional information.
Responses will be evaluated as follows:
.1 Qualifications Submission - Submit a qualifications submission in accordance with Section 00 21 13-A - Qualifications Submission Requirements; and Article 2 – Bid Submission.
.2 Bid Submission - Submit a bid price in accordance with Section 00 41 13 – Stipulated Price Bid Form, and Article 2 – Bid Submission.
