Project Description: The City of Dallas, Department of Aviation, is seeking proposals for an executive coaching contract to support the executive leadership team at Dallas Love Field, not to exceed 15 participants. This team includes C-Suite executives and additional management personnel. The initiative is designed to strengthen executive leadership capabilities and elevate service delivery through a structured and results-driven coaching partnership. The proposed coaching engagement will incorporate CoreClarity and CliftonStrengths Personal Discovery, or comparable methodology, and include a combination of multiple 1:1 coaching sessions, team dynamic workshops, and leadership development coaching. This collaborative process is designed to inspire creative, thought-provoking growth, empowering leaders to reach their full personal and professional potential while aligning their goals with strategic departmental objectives.
