The Government is conducting a market research effort to identify capable vendors for the repair and maintenance of Material Handling Equipment (MHE). The task involves the removal, disposal, and replacement of a 36V battery on a Hyster-Yale CED 1R06 Electric Forklift (DE0093153) located at Fort Sam Houston Commissary. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes; it does not constitute a solicitation or obligation on behalf of the Government.
The Contractor shall ensure the forklift is returned to a safe and normal operational state, adhering to the equipment manufacturer's specifications and guidelines. All repair actions shall align with OEM standards, and the contractor must comply with federal, state, and local laws, including OSHA regulations.
