The City of Grapevine is soliciting sealed bids from qualified firms for the design, layout, artwork, proofing, digital file preparation, and printing of the Parks and Recreation magazine three times per year. The city currently has a separate provider for the physical distribution of magazines. This contract may also include, as an optional add-on, digital hosting of the magazine through Issuu or an equivalent approved platform, provided the City retains administrative access to add, remove, update, and archive magazine issues as needed. The contract will be for an initial one-year period with options to renew for four additional one-year periods. The contract will be awarded to the bidder providing the BEST VALUE to the City of Grapevine as determined by the evaluation criteria stated herein. This best value bid is in accordance with the provisions of the current Texas Local Government Code, Title 8. The annual contract start date will be after City Council approval of the award, anticipated in May 2026.
All questions regarding the terms, conditions or specifications of this bid must be submitted by 10:00 a.m. March 20, 2026, through the eBid system. All questions that will affect the bid specifications in a material way will be answered and submitted to all bidders via eBid Procurement system. Addendums will be issued if required and sent through the eBid Procurement system to all bidders that received the bid.
No Pre-bid meeting will be held.
