Project Description: Eagle Mountain City is requesting Statements of Qualifications from responsible Construction Manager / General Contractor (CM/GC) organizations (proposers) for the construction of the 2025 EMC 6.0 MGD MBR Wastewater Expansion, and for related pre-construction and procurement CM/GC services. Owner will receive Statements of Qualifications demonstrating the Proposer’s qualifications and ability to provide CM/GC services.
