THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR BID. Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details.
The State of Minnesota (State) is seeking single occupancy lodging within Bemidji Minnesota for May 21 and 22, 2025 according to the attached Price Schedule. Estimated number are 10 rooms for two nights (May 21 and 22) and 110 rooms for one night (May 21).
The Contractor(s) should be able to provide the needed lodging listed in Exhibit C of the Contract document, if all lodging can't be provided, please state how many rooms can be provided on attached document labeled Solicitation Attachments on last page. The State reserves the right to use any Contract that may result from this Solicitation.
SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Questions from prospective Responders regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to sheri.karpenko@state.mn.us no later than April 28, 2025, 2:00 PM CT. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum. Contact regarding this solicitation with any State personnel other than the Buyer listed above may result in rejection of the response.
