Project Description: The purpose of this informal Request for Proposal is to solicit unsealed proposals to establish a contract for the provision of a Comprehensive Online Research Platform (K-12) for Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS). FCPS Office of Library Information Services (LIS) is in need of a research platform that has the combined functions of citation and bibliographic builder, annotated bibliographies, and associated notetaking along with teachers’ ability to track student progress and provide in-context feedback.
