    The Missouri Highway Transportation Commission (MHTC) is seeking a qualified Offeror who can provide compliance oversight. It is the intent of this RFP to have the successful Offeror enter into a Service Agreement with MHTC (hereinafter “Resulting Agreement”), to supply compliance oversight as outlined herein. The contract period for the performance of this RFP is from the January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027. MoDOT will receive proposal electronically through MissouriBUYS by MOVERS.
