The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania issues this Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) will be used to assist with the development of a solicitation to procure Elevator, Escalator and Mechanical Movers Maintenance and Repair Services for all Commonwealth Agencies which may be released by the Commonwealth in the near future.
