Convert Burger King to Panera Bread. This project will update drive thru per Penera Design. Complete renovation of interior with new ceilings, floor finishes, lighting and MEP systems per Panera Bread’s design. Work includes finishes, plumbing, electrical, lighting, fire suppression, and HVAC replacement.
