NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Proposals will be received for the Contract MARKETING SERVICES - RECYCLING EDUCATION 25-088-FM on or before August 20, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at brian.rovik@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com. All Proposals must be received prior to the date and time shown below in the table below.

Electronic signatures are allowed and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK
DuPage County (“County”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms for a marketing campaign to promote meaningful recycling educational content throughout the County for a two (2) year period that aims to increase recycling participation and reduce contamination.
