NOTICE OF SINGLE SOURCE TO THE PUBLIC
Shelby County Government has identified a single source purchase for the goods/services as
listed below. This notice is not a request for bid, proposal, or qualifications.
Single Source – 10 GB Campus Link Upgrade
The identified vendor will:
The County is requesting to add 10 Gigabit Ethernet (10GigE) dark fiber connectivity,
maintenance, and support for 201 Poplar Ave, 1075 Mullins Station, and 11670 Memphis
Arlington Rd. This is a layer 2 circuit.
Procurement Timing/Deadlines:
1. The 10GB Circuit should be rendered by October 16, 2026 for the period of October 16,
2026 to October 16, 2027.
If you have the capacity/expertise and are interested in providing the Goods or Services detailed
above please submit a letter of interest as well as your pricing (total & details) via email to
sherry.money@shelbycountytn.gov..
In accordance with Shelby County’s Purchasing policy, notice of single source will be posted on
the County’s website for seven (7) days prior to award.
Notice expires on August 20, 2026 at 2:30 p.m.
