NOTICE OF CONSULTANT PLANNING SERVICES
The Cedar City Regional Airport (CDC), Cedar City, Utah, is soliciting Statements of
Qualifications from interested and qualified Aviation Consultants for professional on-call Airport
Planning Services. The contract will extend over a period of five (5) years.
Information obtained from the Statements will be used by CDC to evaluate each interested
consultant using criteria identified in the Statement and conforming to FAA Advisory Circular
150/5100-14E to select the most qualified consultant. Fee information will not be considered and
must be left out of submitted proposals.
Upon review of the Statements of Qualifications and Experience, CDC may select firms to make
on-site oral presentations before a selection committee who will make the final selection. CDC
may also select a firm based on telecommunications /video conferencing or on the submittal
alone. Cedar City Corporation reserves the right to extend the submittal date if needed. Cedar
City Corporation reserves the right to deny any or all Statements of Qualifications.
Planning projects may include the following:
• Airport Master Plan
• Airport Layout Plan
• Airport Sign & Making Plan
• Airport Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan
• Airport Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasures Plan
• Airport Terminal Planning and Implementation
• Airport Pavement Management Plan
• Airport Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) Siting Plan and Environmental
• Other Planning and Environmental Services as Required
DBE firms are encouraged to apply. Request for Qualifications and Experience documents can

Statements of Qualifications and Experience are limited to a maximum of 20 pages, inclusive of
all pre-printed or other promotional material. Interested consultants must submit Four (4)
original copies of the Statements of Qualifications and Experience by 2:00 PM local time on
September 8th, 2026 to - Cedar City Corporation, 10 North Main, Cedar City, UT 84720,
