Description View Changes
The requirement is for a Category II, three-point hitch boom mower (KWT 550 or equivalent) that is fully compatible with a Kubota M6-111 tractor (114 horsepower, 9,600 pounds). The boom mower must feature a maximum reach of 20 feet, a maximum transport height of 11.5 feet, and a maximum transport width of 6.5 feet. The hydraulic system requires a minimum 50-gallon oil tank capacity, integrated temperature and oil level indicators, a hydraulic safety breakaway device, a hydraulic lock, and quick-connect fittings. It must also include any additional auxiliary pumps and valves necessary to ensure complete mounting and operation on the specified Kubota tractor. For standalone storage and transport, the unit must include adjustable leg supports capable of supporting the assembly when dismounted, as well as a rear-facing road lighting kit. The cutting assembly requires a flail head attachment (KW126 or equivalent) with a minimum four-foot working width and a total weight under 650 pounds. The unit must utilize Type VI flail knives and include two full replacement sets. The deliverable also requires two copies each of the service, parts, and operator���������s manuals, with final delivery to Fort Drum, New York.
