Description
This Negotiable Request for Proposals is an invitation by Sturgeon County to prospective proponents to submit proposals for an ERP – Financial System Modernization Solution, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The County is seeking a solution that will meet its core requirements with minimal modifications. Where necessary, supporting department level system(s) will be integrated into the financial system replacement with the goal of optimizing system utilization for all users, improving analytical capabilities, strengthening customer service while reducing duplication and redundancy.
