Leading Idaho Local Bridge Program project for Benewah County, proposal number 30005-115. Bridge replacement for Old Mill Road over Hangman Creek. Remove the single-span steel girder bridge and abutments and replace with a single-span steel girder bridge with concrete deck on concrete abutments supported on micro-piles. The bridge to be replaced is approximately 12.9 miles south of Plummer, Idaho.
