The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) requires the services of a qualified contractor to conduct a multi-year series of exercises to include twenty tabletop exercises and nine full-scale/functional exercises focusing on the response to a security or safety incident occurring on Metro property and impacting one mode or all modes of Metro transit services.
