NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR MATERIAL (RFM)

Morrow County Weed Department is requesting bids for the supply of premixed herbicide materials for a weed control application project.

The solicitation includes approximately 28 fifteen-gallon kegs of premix chemical for treatment of 420 acres, including delivery and pickup of empty containers in Heppner, Oregon.

Bids are due February 16, 2026, no later than 2:00 PM.

Please provide 15-gallon kegs of premix chemical at an application rate of 128 oz.
per acre for a total of 420 acres. This equals approximately 28 kegs.
Materials Required (per acre mix):
Piper EZ – 20 oz.
Highnoon – 20 oz.
Escort – 1 oz.
Glystar Plus – 32 oz. or equivalent (e.g., Roundup Pro Concentrate – 32 oz. )
Bonding agent – to ensure chemicals remain blended.
Delivery & Return:
Delivery of kegs to 213 Linden Way Dr., Heppner, OR 97836.
Pickup of empty/return kegs at the same location.
Notes:
Please confirm availability, pricing, and estimated delivery schedule.
Material safety data sheets (MSDS) to be included with delivery.
Bids due– 02/16/2026 no later than 2:00 PM
