Construction Services to Install Fall Protection, Project: 570-21-109 at Fresno VA Medical Center, Fresno, CA.

This is a pre-solicitation announcement only. All solicitation documents will be available on or about February 28, 2025. The solicitation will contain all necessary proposal instructions.

Proposals will only be requested and accepted from Vendors that are verified and registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and be verified in the Small Business Administration s (SBA) Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) as a Service- Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) from the Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21.

Potential Offerors must also have current online Representations and certification Application on file with SAM.gov. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses must have their ownership and control verified by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and be listed in on the SBA s, Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/#home per VAAR 819.7003.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $45.0M. PSC Code is Z2DA Repair of Alternation of Hospitals and Infirmaries. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the disclosure of the magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.

Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) will be issuing a request for proposal for a general construction contractor to Install Fall Protection, Project No. 570-21-109 at the Fresno VA Medical Center identified in the statement of work located at 2615 East Clinton Avenue, Fresno, CA 93703. Work must include, but not limited to the following:
Eligible and capable vendors who can provide all materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, project management, administrative support, and specialized expertise to perform the work cited in the Statement of Work, Drawings, and Construction Specifications to Install Fall Protection at the Fresno VA Medical Center, in Fresno, California. All vendors must demonstrate the ability to meet all requirements for this notice. Vendors must demonstrate the ability to meet all requirements. The SOW, specifications, drawings, and attachments and all details will be published when the Solicitation is posted. This project's Period of Performance (POP) is estimated to be around or about 330 calendar days or more from the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
