Title: Leasing Administration Software and Maintenance
Addenda: 1
Release Date: 6/5/2025
Due Date: 6/24/2025
Pinellas County, on behalf of The Young-Rainey Star Center, is looking to purchase Lease Administration Software to help manage and automate the lifecycle of tenant lease agreements, track critical dates, payments, renewals, utilities and taxes. Software should be a cloud-based, COTS (Commercial Off the Shelf) solution. This is currently a manual process utilizing multiple spreadsheets.
Solution should include data migration, an integrator, and training. A virtual demo will be required prior to award.
The Young-Rainey Science Technology and Research (STAR) Center is owned and operated by the Pinellas County Industrial Development Authority and managed by the county’s Economic Development Department. The STAR Center is designated and operates as a special revenue (non-general fund) program. The STAR Center is conveniently located at the western gateway of Florida’s high tech corridor and leases space to a diverse group of technology companies.
The STAR Center program’s mission is to offer competitive production and manufacturing space for lease and brownfields redevelopment opportunities to targeted industries with a focus on creating jobs and stimulating economic growth. There are more than 21 businesses operating at the STAR Center and 1,700 employees working at the site.
The using department needs a centralized, robust solution that is automated and user friendly to help maintain the tenant leases they manage.
