Bid award is for a one-year contract for the following Medina County Precinct Materials:
1. Crushed base material
2. Patching Material (Coated Aggregate & Asphaltic)
3. Paving Rock (Uncoated & Pre-coated Aggregate)
Fuel Surcharges (if any):
1. Fuel surcharges must be supported by your company's Fuel Surcharge Chart. If not included, the County
will not be liable to pay additional fuel costs due to increased fuel prices.
2. Please state at what price per gallon a fuel surcharge would be engaged. The County will verify the
weekly fuel price as per the U.S. Energy Information Administration Gulf Coast Pricing chart.
The company's general information below must be completely filled out. You may use the rate specifications
sheet attached hereto or submit your own version, so long as all rate specifications are included.
All completed bid packets must be COMPLETELY SEALED and received no later than 10:00 am CST,
Friday, September 25, 2026.

opened and reviewed in the Auditor's Office at 10:15 am CST on Friday, September 25, 2026.
Commissioners Court will discuss and take possible action on this item during its regular scheduled meeting on
Monday, October 5, 2026. Medina County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
If awarded, I agree that this Materials bid form for Medina County Precincts will serve as a true and binding
contract starting October 5, 2026 and ending September 30, 2027. Either party may terminate this agreement
upon thirty (30) days written notice to the other party.
