Description

The Department of Technology Services (DTS), Infrastructure Operations Division (IOD) requires an IT Out of Band Management (OOBM) solution. This is a competitive procurement for an OOBM solution to include ongoing licensing, maintenance, and support as well as additional licensing to accommodate growth within the Judiciary. This is a Name Brand or Equal requirement.

The government envisions the potential replacement of its current OOB solution to an equivalent or better solution. The government recognizes there may be alternate solutions capable of meeting or exceeding its needs. For this reason, the government is requesting respondents to this Sources Sought provide a cover sheet indicating the aspects in which they meet or exceed all salient characteristics and offer any viable solution. Those respondents who indicate that they do not meet or exceed all salient characteristics will not be considered.
