Full Line Food Distribution for N. Texas-Oklahoma Areas

Solicitation SPE300-R-0043 was solicited as “Other than Full and Open Competition” in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 – Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This is a notification that an award has been made IAW 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition, as a 371-day contract to US Foods INC- US Foods Oklahoma (CAGE Code 1F9R0), to continue to provide Prime Vendor services to customers in the Northern Texas-Oklahoma area. This contract, SPE300-25-D-3011, will have a period of performance from March 30, 2025 through April 4, 2026, or until the award of a new contract. This is a Justification and Approval (J&A) for full line distribution and is being posted IAW requirements of FAR 6.305. A copy of the J&A and the Solicitation/Statement of Work is attached to this notice.
