Replacement of Kaeser TF 174 Refrigerated Air Dryer

The Town of Yarmouth is seeking written quotes for the replacement of the existing Kaeser TF 174 Refrigerated Air Dryer at the Yarmouth Septage Treatment Facility located at 47 Workshop Road, South Yarmouth, MA 02664, including removal of the existing unit, furnishing and installation of a new Kaeser TF 174 Refrigerated Air Dryer, testing, and all related work as specified herein.

This quote request is in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30, §39M. The estimated value of this procurement is less than $50,000. Contractors must be properly licensed and insured.

All labor is to be in accordance with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts prevailing Wage Rates. The Quotes must reflect the Prevailing Wage Schedule # PW 20260806151409, dated August 6, 2026.

All bidders shall be required to provide Certification of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Training in accordance with Massachusetts General Law 30: Section 39S, as amended by Chapter 306 of the Acts of 2004, effective 7/1/06.
