RFP: Survey and Platting of Anchor Point Heights Subdivision

The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land and Water is soliciting proposals for a professional services contract for the surveying and platting of approximately 75 acres of State-owned land. Alaska State Land Survey (ASLS) No. 2026-14 Anchor Point Heights Subdivision consists of 14 parcels ranging from 0.96 to 3.03 acres and a remainder tract.

PLEASE NOTE:  It is the proposer’s responsibility to read the entire contents of this RFP and to provide a responsive proposal.  Please pay particular attention to the sections on:

Proposals must be received in writing at the Issuing Office no later than 2:00 P.M. on June 22, 2026. Failure to meet the deadline will result in disqualification of the proposal without review.
