Pool Chemicals and Maintenance Services

The County seeks proposals from qualified contractors experienced in high-capacity commercial aquatic facilities serving 500 or more bathers per hour. Selected contractors will supply pool chemicals and maintenance services for twelve County-owned pools and water features, each with distinct chemical and filtration requirements.

The County intends to award a one-year contract, with the possibility of four annual renewals, to a single source capable of providing the chemicals and services specified herein. The contract will commence on July 1, 2026.

Greenville County is seeking sealed proposals from qualified vendors to furnish pool chemicals and maintenance services for aquatic facilities located throughout the County. The selected contractor must also have the ability to repair and service pool equipment on an as-needed basis, including but not limited to: chlorinators, UV systems, pH controls, pool automation systems, and filters.

The County intends to award a single contract for all materials, equipment, machinery, tools, transportation, applicable licenses, and labor necessary to deliver the required products and services. Detailed scope requirements, service expectations, and contractor obligations are outlined in the Scope of Work section herein.
