IFB - SGU TERMINAL AND ARFF FACILITY HVAC MAINTENANCE

Project Description: The City of St. George seeks qualified contractors for a Scheduled Service Agreement to perform planned maintenance on rooftop units (RTUs), wall-mounted units, exhaust fans and evaporator coolers at the ARFF facility and Airport Terminal. Contractors must provide regular maintenance reports via email within one week of service completion. Additionally, they should offer recommendations to improve energy efficiency, operational performance, environmental impact, and air quality based on system analysis. The City of St. George reserves the right to perform HVAC repairs in-house or solicit competitive bids for repair work outside the scope of this agreement.
