NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SINGLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT
The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) intends to award a single source procurement to Skyline for shipment, installation, dismantling, return shipment, and storage of DEED’s existing 10' × 20' custom exhibit booth for the 2026 RE+ Trade Show in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Skyline currently stores DEED’s custom exhibit booth and provides warranty coverage related to the fabrication, movement, and installation of the exhibit. Use of another vendor to move or install the exhibit would void the applicable warranty coverage. Based on these requirements, DEED has determined that Skyline is the only reasonably available vendor to provide the required services while maintaining the existing warranty.
