After this time, bids QuestCDN vBid will close and tabulate the bids. Bids submitted after this time will not be accepted. Contractors will submit the following uploads to QuestCDN: 1. Download and fill out the Bid Form Unit Price Table. Upload completed table to QuestCDN. 2. Contractor Qualification Document 3. Bid Bond Bid results will be made available through QuestCDN. Owner intends to award the Contract to the lowest apparent bidder who is found to be responsive. Bidders found to be responsive have submitted all required uploads and filled out the information contained therein. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, request clarification, and waive informalities. | Description: | The Project is generally described as follows: 1. First West Diversion Structure, which includes removal of the existing headgate, headwall, diversion piping, and related appurtenances, and replacement with a new concrete headwall, slide gate, 48-inch pipeline, and outlet structure. The Work also includes replacement of affected sidewalk, curb and gutter, surface restoration, and related work within Idaho Transportation Department and Grace City rights-of-way. 2. The Site of the Work includes property, easements, and designated work areas described in greater detail in the Contract Documents but generally located near the intersection of Highway 34 and 4th South in Grace, Idaho at 42°34’22” N, 111°43’49” W. |
