South Boulder Road Multimodal Bus Rapid Transit Study

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal meeting will be conducted on Monday, June 23, 2025, starting promptly at 1:00 p.m. on Microsoft Teams. Please register in Bonfure prior to attending to access the information and Link to attend.

Please do not include pricing. It will result in the disqualification of the proposal. Once a vendor is selected based on qualifications, the county will enter negotiations on pricing.

Purpose:

The Boulder County Transportation Planning Division within the Community Planning & Permitting Department is seeking a consulting firm to complete the following main tasks.

1) Collect, analyze, and communicate data to produce a report on the existing conditions of demographics and transportation in the study area.

2) Work with the project partners to conduct substantive and equitable community engagement to better understand the needs and priorities of residents, businesses, and the traveling public.

3) Create design concepts of continuous bicycling facilities and future enhanced public bus transit service.

4) Develop a final report of findings and recommendations for future projects.
