Pittsburg Cross-Connection Control Plan and Hazard Assessments Proposal

The City of Pittsburg is seeking proposals from qualified consultants with a detailed understanding of the State Water Resources Control Board Cross-Connection Control Policy Handbook (CCCPH) requirements, to assist the City with the implementation of a hazard assessment and the preparation of a Cross-Connection Control Plan (CCCP).

Interested firms or consultants are invited to submit their responses in conformance with criteria outlined in the RFP document (see link below). Please see Scope of Work/Services for task details.

All proposals must be received by the City of Pittsburg no later than November 15, 2024 at 2:00pm.

Proposals must be submitted electronically in PDF format via email to Natasha Farmer, Administrative Analyst II at nfarmer@pittsburgca.gov AND Jorge Esparza, Superintendent at jesparza@pittsburgca.gov with “Pittsburg Cross-Connection Control Plan and Hazard Assessments Proposal”” in the subject line. Proposals must be received by the closing date and time above.
