This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. Note this posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP).
The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA), partnering with the Minnesota Department of Information Technology (MNIT) intends to renew an agreement with CGI Technologies and Solutions Inc. (CGI) for up to 36 months to provide Tempo. Tempo is an off-the-shelf software product used to work with environmental data, including such tasks as writing permits, managing cleanup projects, and managing compliance and enforcement cases.
The Agency determined that Tempo is the only commercially reasonably available commodity product. This is deemed a single source purchase because Tempo is solely distributed and supported by CGI and is not available from other third parties.
