Project Description: DHA Housing Solutions for North Texas (“DHA”) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified civil engineering firms or teams to provide on-call professional civil engineering services for DHA development, redevelopment, rehabilitation, infrastructure, and capital improvement projects.
DHA intends to select one or more highly qualified firms with demonstrated experience in civil engineering for multifamily housing, public-sector, mixed-finance, and urban redevelopment projects. Services may be required at multiple DHA properties and may range from early feasibility and due diligence through design, permitting, bidding, construction administration, and project closeout.
