RFQ-25-23135: Airline Schedule Facilitation Program, IAD NEW
Description: The Airports Authority is seeking an experienced consulting firm that will develop and manage the IAD Schedule Facilitation Program (IAD Level 2) at Washington Dulles International Airport, IAD. The IAD Level 2 program shall support schedule facilitation for the A/B Concourse (Gates A14 – B81) beginning with the Summer 2026 season. The program shall follow the Worldwide Airport Slot Guidelines (WASG) and the International Air Transport Association (IATA) Calendar of Coordination Activities.
