Show Low Lake Campground Restroom

The City of Show Low is extending an invitation for bids for the construction of a Public Restroom at Show Low Lake Spillway Campground, City of Show Low Project FM-3125.

The restroom is located at the Show Low Lake Spillway Campground, in the City of Show Low, 3301 E Show Low Lake Road, Show Low AZ 85901, Parcel 212-01-004C.  The work includes, but not necessarily limited to, the construction of a restroom facility that will include three ADA accessible restrooms in a single building. There shall be one separate men’s restroom with two stalls, one water closet and one urinal, one separate women’s restroom with two water closet stalls, and a family restroom with a single water closet and ADA adult changing station. There will also be a small storage closet with a separate exterior door. The restrooms will also have sinks, paper and soap product dispensers, and other necessary appurtenances. The building will be approximately 28’-0” by 13’-4” and 373 square feet in area. The City will extend power, water and sewer to within 5 feet of the building.  The contractor’s scope also includes the connections to existing power, water, and sewer services. The City has prepared plans and specifications which are available with the Bid Documents on the City website showlowaz.gov. The City will Provide permitted plans.

A schedule of values will also be required as a part of the contractor’s bid. The contactor shall complete usable and operable facilities in accordance with all pertinent codes and regulations as necessary to complete the job in a workmanlike manner.

Sealed Bids will be received by the Engineering Department, City of Show Low, 180 N. 9th Street, Show Low, AZ 85901 until Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at 2:00 PM , The City of Show Low reserves the right to select the bid that best suits the City’s needs and may modify the Scope of Work.
