The Tiverton Wastewater District (TWWD), is seeking proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants and/or financial/payment management firms (hereafter referred to as the PAYMENT PLAN MANAGER or APPLICANT or FIRM), to perform collection of assessments on behalf of TWWD. Interested firms should respond to this request on, or before, the time due for submission. Each Applicant submitting proposals must be lawfully engaged in the practice of certified public accounting, OR collections and payment system processing in good standing, and with specific experience in the type of services requested herein within the State of Rhode Island.
